Delivery in 30 minutes! Good job!

Showed up at 11am for a delivery and sat here for several hours. Dock door still has a red light, no phone call or anyone letting me know the trailer was unloaded. Turns out they unloaded my trailer and then left. Literally closed shop and left me in a door. No paperwork or anything. Who does that?
